This Privacy Policy explains how the website handles visitor information and browser-stored calculator data.
Trip data
The calculator runs in your web browser and uses JavaScript to process the dates you enter. Calculator trip entries are stored locally in the visitor’s browser. The calculator does not send your entered trip list to our server and does not create a multi-device user account. Clearing browser storage or using a different browser/device may remove or hide saved trips.
Contact submissions
Contact form submissions are sent to the site email address. If a visitor explicitly allows their feedback to be considered as a testimonial, the message may also be stored for manual review in the WordPress admin area. Email addresses are not published with testimonials.
Analytics, ads and cookies
Website cookies or similar technologies may be used for essential functions, consent management, analytics, security or advertising where enabled and permitted by your choices. This is separate from the trip entries stored by the calculator in your browser.
Data minimization
The site should not request unnecessary sensitive immigration data, passport scans or biometric material through normal web forms.
